About the Marlborough Repertory Society

Marlborough Repertory was established in 1925, and until 1975 operated out of Her Majesty's Theatre in Blenheim. When HMT was demolished, Marlborough Repertory occupied and converted the old Wairau Rowing Club "boathouse" on the banks of the Taylor River.

A full history of the Society can be found in "From Bughouse to Boathouse", published in 2000 to celebrate 75 years of activity.
